Our company was founded in 1999 by Charles (Chuck) A. Nader, who maintains an active role in the company as its president. Chuck is an inspirational leader who is invested in making a difference. He is very active in the community, and he brings over 30 years of experience in fire sprinkler systems to every job.

In addition to his business ventures, he is an exceptional leader, father, grandfather, mentor, friend, employer, humanitarian, and public servant. He opened Family Options of Florida in 2012, and he's a lifetime resident of Lee and Charlotte Counties. He's committed to his own personal development as well as that of others, and he faces challenges head-on.

He values gaining information and knowledge with an open mindset, and he's patient and exercises self-control, which enables him to make sound decisions. He uses self-awareness, wisdom, and his kind spirit to relate easily to everyone he meets.
